NOTICE OF SCHOOL BOARD DISTRICT REGULAR MEETING BOARD OF TRUSTEES

 

                                      Bremond Independent School District

                                       Wednesday, 7:00 PM June 20, 2007

 

Notice is hereby given that a Regular Meeting of the Bremond Independent School District will be held on June 20th 2007

beginning at 7:00 PM in the school cafeteria. The subjects to be discussed or considered, or upon which any formal action

may be taken are as follows. Items do not have to be taken in the same order as shown on the meeting notice.

 

I.                    CALL MEETING TO ORDER

III.               PUBLIC COMMENTS/AUDIENCE PARTICIPATION

                             The Public Comments/ Audience Participation is a venue for citizens to ask

                             questions or state concerns, it is not a venue for criticizing school personnel

                             or members of the board of Trustees. If the individual wants to complain or

                             make a charge against an officer or employee, the board will go into closed

                             session and the three minute time line still applies in accordance with section

                             551.074 of the Texas Open Meetings Act.

If, during the course of the meeting, discussion of any item on the agenda should be held in a closed meeting, the board will

conduct a closed meeting in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter 551,

Subchapters D and E.  Before any closed meeting in convened, the presiding officer will publicly identify the section or

sections of the Act authorizing the closed meeting. All final votes, actions, or decisions will be taken in open meeting.
