Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Bremond Independent School District will be held on July 11, 2007

beginning at 6:00 PM at The Coal Mine Restaurant located in Bremond TX. The subjects to be discussed or considered,

or upon which any formal action may be taken are as follows. Items do not have to be taken in the same order as shown on the meeting notice.

I. Call to order

II. Consider approval of employment of middle school Social Studies Teacher

III. Consider the acceptance of resignation of Board Member

IV. Consider the approval of Superintendent goals

V. Discuss appointment of new Board Member to fill vacancy

VI. Discuss 2007-2008 Budget

VII. Adjournment

If, during the course of the meeting, discussion of any item on the agenda should be held in a closed meeting, the board will conduct a closed meeting

in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, Subchapters D and E. Before any closed meeting in convened,

the presiding officer will publicly identify the section or sections of the Act authorizing the closed meeting. All final votes, actions, or decisions will be taken in open meeting.
