Special Meeting
Present: Kie Bill Czajkowski, Dennis Wilganowski, David Kujawa, Wendell Robinson, Mark Drymalla, Terry Seely.

Visitors: James Czajkowski, Jane Czajkowski, George Yezak, Brian Garcia, Lisa Yezak, Don Johnson.
Item I The Meeting was called to order at 6:12 pm by President Czajkowski.
Item II A motion was made by Wilganowski and seconded by Drymalla to offer a
one-year probationary contract to Brian Garcia to serve as the middle school
social studies teacher. The motion carried by a vote of 6-0.
Item III A motion was made by Wilganowski and seconded by Kujawa to accept the
resignation of Nikki Screws as Trustee effective July, 11, 2007. The motion
carried by a vote of 6-0.
Item IV No action was taken on approval of the Superintendent goals.
Item V No action was taken on the appointment of a new board member.
Item VI The 2007-2008 budget was discussed.
Item VII A motion was made by Kujawa and seconded by Seely to adjourn the meeting. The motion carried by a vote of 6-0.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:00 pm.
