NOTICE OF SCHOOL BOARD DISTRICT REGULAR MEETING BOARD OF TRUSTEES

 

   Bremond Independent School District

   Wednesday, 7:00 PM August 15, 2007

 

Notice is hereby given that a Regular Meeting of the Bremond Independent School District will be held on August 15, 2007 beginning at

7:00 PM in the school cafeteria. The subjects to be discussed or considered, or upon which any formal action may be taken are as follows.

Items do not have to be taken in the same order as shown on the meeting notice.

 

I.                    CALL PUBLIC HEARING TO ORDER - 2007-2008 Proposed Budget/Tax Rate.

V.                 PUBLIC COMMENTS/AUDIENCE PARTICIPATION

                             The Public Comments/ Audience Participation is a venue for citizens to ask

                              questions or state concerns, it is not a venue for criticizing school personnel

                              or members of the Board of Trustees. If the individual wants to complain or

                              make a charge against an officer or employee, the board will go into closed

                              session and the three minute time line still applies in accordance with section

                              551.074  of the Texas Open Meetings Act.

closed meeting. All final votes, actions, or decisions will be taken in open meeting.
