NOTICE OF SCHOOL BOARD DISTRICT REGULAR MEETING BOARD

Notice is hereby given that a
Regular Meeting of the
beginning at 6:00 PM in the school cafeteria. The subjects to be discussed or considered, or upon which any formal action may
be taken are as follows. Items do not have to be taken in the same order as shown on the meeting notice.

III. PUBLIC COMMENTS/AUDIENCE PARTICIPATION
The
Public Comments/ Audience Participation is a venue for citizens to ask
questions or state concerns, it is not a venue for
criticizing school personnel
or members of the
Board of Trustees. If the individual wants to complain or
make a charge against an officer or employee, the board will go into closed
session
and the three minute time line still applies in accordance with section
551.074 of the

If, during the course of the meeting, discussion of any item on the agenda should be held in a closed meeting, the board

Subchapters D and E. Before any closed meeting is convened, the presiding officer will publicly identify the section or
sections of the Act authorizing the closed meeting. All final votes, actions, or decisions will be taken in open meeting.
