Board of Education Minutes
6:30 pm November 27, 2007
Special Meeting
Present: Kie Bill Czajkowski, David Kujawa, Wendell Robinson, Dennis Wilganowski, Gary Johnson, Mark Drymalla.
Absent: Terry Seely.
Administration: Hugh Ellis.
Visitors: Robert Waller.
Item I The Meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm by President Czajkowski.
Item II The Board considered the employment of Robert Waller as Business
Manager.
Item III The Board went into closed session to consider personnel issues at 6:31 pm and returned at 7:10 pm.
Item IV A motion was made by Wilganowski and seconded by Kujawa to offer Robert
Waller a one year non-Chapter 21 probationary contract for the position of
Bremond school district Business Manager. The motion carried by a vote of
5-1 with Robinson voting against.
Item V A motion was made by Drymalla and seconded by Johnson to adjourn the meeting.
The motion carried by a vote of 6-0 and the meeting was adjourned at 7:16 pm.
